First tested: September 2026 | Test type: logged-in, hands-on workflow | Project: an 18-page AI marketing website
If you have seen the name Scale.gg and wondered whether it is one tool or a collection of tools, the short answer is that it is a connected online-business suite. My workspace currently shows 27 applications covering marketing campaigns, websites, blogging, branding, lead generation, sales, courses, payments, project management and customer support.
I did not want to review the platform from a sales page alone. I bought access, entered my account and used part of the ecosystem for a genuine project. I prepared my brand information, gave the AI team a PDF and explained the type of review website I wanted. ClickCampaigns then produced an 18-page website draft, and I continued the editing workflow in PageBuilder, and this review blog post is hosted on the blog platform.
This article gives you the practical overview. For the full application-by-application breakdown, current plan information, screenshots and detailed tutorial, read my complete hands-on Scale.gg guide.
What is Scale.gg in plain English?
Scale.gg is designed to place many of the jobs required to run an online business inside one account. Instead of buying an unrelated page builder, campaign generator, course platform, store, email system and CRM separately, you can access purpose-built applications from a shared workspace.
You do not need to use every application immediately. In fact, beginners will probably get better results by choosing one project and opening only the tools required to complete it. My first project used ClickCampaigns for campaign and website production, followed by PageBuilder for editing, links, forms, images and publishing preparation.

Scale.gg and ClickCampaigns are not the same thing
This distinction is important because the names are sometimes used together:
Scale.gg is the parent ecosystem, account and application directory.
ClickCampaigns is the multi-agent marketing and campaign builder inside that ecosystem.
PageBuilder is the visual page-editing and publishing application.
BrandBaser stores reusable brand, audience and project context.
BlogBaser provides a separate AI-assisted blogging and publishing workflow.
Think of Scale.gg as the building and the individual applications as specialists. You can enter only the room you need, but the bigger benefit appears when work moves between applications.
This blog is hosted with BlogBaser
This article is not based only on product descriptions. The blog you are reading is hosted on BlogBaser, one of the applications available inside the Scale.gg ecosystem. I created a fresh blog, configured its theme and navigation, added author and disclosure elements, prepared SEO settings and published content through the BlogBaser workflow.
Using the platform for my own live publishing project helps me evaluate the practical experience: creating and editing posts, adding images, setting titles and descriptions, organising navigation, scheduling publication and checking how the finished article appears to readers. I will continue updating my guides as I complete longer publishing and automation tests.
What happened during my hands-on test?
I tested the platform as a blogger rather than as a software developer. My goal was to see whether a beginner could move from an idea to a complete website draft without coordinating every stage manually.
1. I prepared the project
I chose my brand colours, described the kind of website I wanted and supplied a PDF containing information I had already prepared. I also spent time reading the instructions and understanding the available workflows. This preparation mattered because AI tools perform better when they receive specific, organised context.
2. I selected the website workflow
Inside ClickCampaigns, I selected the Professional Brand Website option. The workflow displayed a team of named AI specialists responsible for campaign management, site architecture, SEO direction, copywriting, visual direction and website design.
3. I watched the build progress
The production view showed each stage moving through the pipeline: brand analysis, SEO intent, architecture, page strategy, copy, imagery direction, page rendering and packaging. The automated build itself took approximately 20 minutes or less.

4. I reviewed the output
The finished preview contained:
18 website pages
Approximately 26,057 words across those pages
53 stock-image placements
Approximately 275 AI credits used
A complete navigation structure, supporting pages and legal-page drafts
My complete working session took about one hour when preparation, reading, setup and the initial review were included. That is different from saying the whole process required only 20 minutes: the AI build was fast, but a responsible user still needs time to prepare the brief and review the result.
5. I continued in PageBuilder
After the website was generated, I transferred it to PageBuilder for hands-on editing. This is where I could replace stock images, adjust copy, update links, add affiliate buttons, edit navigation and footers, prepare forms, check the mobile layout and connect a domain.

What can the 27-app ecosystem help you do?
The applications cover most of the normal stages of an online-business workflow. They are grouped differently inside the workspace because some tools support more than one business function, but the practical jobs include the following.

Specialised AI and documentation
ScaleGPTs: builds focused AI assistants for repeatable tasks.
HighTicketGPT: supports messaging for premium offers.
TOSDocs: produces editable policy and business-document drafts that should still receive an appropriate human or legal review.
Scale.gg pricing: which plan fits which user?
The plans use two different credit models. Solo and Starter provide a one-time credit allowance, while Pro and Pro Max renew their credits each month. These are the prices and allowances I verified during my test:
Solo — $395 per year: 1,000 one-time credits and access to one selected product. This can suit someone who knows exactly which single application they want to use.
Starter — $495 per year: 2,500 one-time credits and access to multiple included Scale.gg applications. This can be a practical entry point for building and delivering a complete offer.
Pro — $95 per month or $795 per year: 2,500 credits per month and access to every Scale.gg product. The annual price works out at approximately $67 per month when billed annually.
Pro Max — $200 per month or $1,495 per year: 7,500 credits per month, every Scale.gg product, Scale Design, the Mastermind, weekly training, private access and the complete Skills Hub. The annual price works out at approximately $125 per month when billed annually.
The best plan depends on how many applications and AI credits you expect to use. Beginners should not automatically choose the largest plan. Start by estimating the projects you want to complete and whether you need a one-time or renewing credit allowance.
Important: Prices, credit allowances and included applications can change. Check the current Scale.gg plans and checkout details here before purchasing.
Who Scale.gg is good for—and who may not need it
Scale.gg can be a good fit for:
Beginners who prefer guided workflows instead of connecting many unrelated tools.
Bloggers and affiliate marketers creating reviews, tutorials, comparison pages, email campaigns and lead-generation assets.
Course creators, coaches and consultants who need websites, campaigns, bookings, payments, content and customer follow-up.
Small teams and agencies that want reusable brand information and repeatable production workflows.
Online-business owners who expect to use several applications and value having them available from one connected workspace.
Scale.gg may not be the best fit for:
Someone who needs only one simple feature and already has a tool that performs it well.
A business that is not prepared to review and edit AI-generated content before publishing.
Users who expect every application to be mastered immediately without spending time learning the workflows.
Anyone who does not expect to use enough of the included applications or credits to justify the selected plan.
The suite is broad, so value comes from choosing a clear business outcome and using the smallest useful group of applications to complete it.
My beginner recommendation: start with one outcome
Do not open every application on your first day. Choose one result that you can inspect clearly, such as:
Create a branded landing page.
Build a lead-generation campaign.
Prepare a Brand Base and reusable AI instructions.
Publish a focused blog.
Create a product, checkout and delivery workflow.
Then identify the smallest group of applications needed to finish that result. Keep notes about setup time, credits used, what required editing and which handoffs worked well. This gives you a meaningful test instead of an afternoon spent browsing menus.
Important rule when using any AI business platform
AI can produce a large amount of useful work quickly, but speed does not remove the need for human review. Before publishing, check:
Prices and plan inclusions
Product and competitor claims
Statistics and quoted facts
Names, dates and contact information
Affiliate and internal links
Legal or policy wording
Generated images, image licences and alt text
Mobile presentation, forms and calls to action
This is not a criticism unique to Scale.gg. It is the operating rule I use with every AI tool. AI-generated content should be treated as a strong working draft until important facts have been checked.
My early verdict
The part I found most valuable was the connected workflow. I could prepare one project, watch specialist roles work through a visible production pipeline, receive a substantial website draft and then continue editing it in another application within the same ecosystem.
The 18-page result gave me a strong starting structure much faster than creating every page from a blank screen. The next stage was still mine: verify the facts, replace or optimise images, update links, refine the copy, configure forms and make the website genuinely personal.
If you want every application explained individually, along with screenshots, verified test numbers, the pricing structure and my step-by-step workflow, continue with the full Scale.gg hands-on guide and tutorial.

Frequently asked questions
Does Scale.gg have a free plan?
No. Check the current sales page and checkout because availability and promotions can change.
Do I need to use all 27 applications?
No. Start with the applications required for your immediate goal and expand only when another tool solves a real problem.
Is ClickCampaigns the whole Scale.gg platform?
No. ClickCampaigns is the multi-agent campaign builder inside the wider Scale.gg ecosystem.
Can a beginner use it?
The guided workflows can help beginners considerably, especially when they provide detailed brand and project information. There is still a learning period because the wider suite contains many options.
Does AI-generated content need fact-checking?
Yes. Verify important claims, prices, links, dates, images and legal wording before publishing content created by any AI platform.
Will you test the other applications?
Yes. I plan to test every application individually and publish practical reviews or tutorials as those projects are completed. Depending on when you read the full guide, additional app reviews may already be linked there.
