AI Content and Fact-Checking Policy

Last updated: 27 September 2026

This policy explains how artificial intelligence may assist content production and how human review is applied.

How AI may be used

AI tools may assist with brainstorming, outlines, summaries, drafting, grammar, formatting, image prompts and workflow organisation. They may also be the products tested in reviews and tutorials.

Human responsibility

Daniel Popa remains responsible for editorial decisions, testing descriptions, disclosures and publication. AI output is treated as a draft, not as an authoritative source.

Fact-checking standard

Before publication, important claims should be checked against available evidence. This includes prices, plan inclusions, product features, names, dates, statistics, links, legal wording and comparison claims.

Hands-on evidence

Where an article describes a logged-in test, the article should explain the task, timing, credit usage, output and testing limitations. Screenshots may be used to support important observations.

Corrections

AI can produce inaccurate or outdated information. If an error is identified, it should be corrected promptly and the surrounding claim reviewed for context.

Images

AI-generated images should not be presented as genuine product screenshots. Product-interface images should come from the actual account or be clearly described as illustrations.

Affiliate content

AI assistance does not remove the obligation to disclose affiliate relationships. References to Scale.gg and its applications may use a tracked affiliate link and should include an appropriate disclosure.

Reader reminder

Technology changes quickly. Readers should verify current prices, features, policies and checkout terms directly with the provider before making a decision.
